Job Title: Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze client requirements to design business solutions.
• Configure and implement software applications based on business needs.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.
• Collaborate with technical teams to customize and enhance system functionality.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Document processes, workflows, and solutions for reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems like SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics 365.
